Richard, having obtained a law degree and a Masters Degree in International and Comparative Law, was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in April 1997 where he gained considerable commercial and local government experience having worked not only in private practice but also for two local authorities and a major leisure company. Over the last six and a half years Richard has specialised in commercial property and business transactions, secured lending, planning and property support work for corporate transactions. Amongst Richard’s clients back in England he can boast Aon, National Australia Bank and HSBC.
Richard is responsible for property and business transactions at the Sanctuary Cove office.
Richard is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales and holds a Queensland Practicing Certificate. |
